With my father-in-law, I learned the business of trees and fine-tuned the management and training of menial labor, overcame communication barriers with non-native speakers, developed and executed safety training and formats for my company. I also understand and comply with all the legal aspects entailed in performing work for property owners within the area and cater to the advancement of knowledge in this ecological scenario.
