2. Estimates and Payments

Estimates: All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Payments: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, checks, and digital payments as specified on your invoice.

Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid potential service fees.

3. Mobile Messaging (SMS) Program

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms, you agree to join the Tree Specialist, Inc. Mobile Messaging Program.

Program Description: You will receive recurring text messages regarding appointment reminders, service updates (e.g., crew arrival times), requests for reviews/feedback, and marketing promotions (e.g., seasonal discounts and referral incentives).

On-Site Safety: For the safety of our crew and your property, we request that clients and pets remain clear of the work zone while equipment is in operation.

Property Access: The client must ensure that the Company has clear access to the trees and work areas designated in the service agreement.

Permits: Unless specified in the estimate, it is the homeowner's responsibility to obtain any necessary city or HOA permits for tree removal or major pruning.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of our website and SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number or personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tree Specialist, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.
